Bedroom 2
Has 2 single beds and stunning views with sliding doors to large veranda. There is a separate shower room with toilet for this room.
Lower Floor
A staircase from the entrance hall leads to the open plan living/dining area & main bedroom:
Bedroom 3
Has king size bed, en suite bathroom with bath & shower; sliding doors to the verandah - and wonderful views. Can be used as a family room (additional day bed option for small child).
Lounge Area
A great place to kick back & relax and admire the views. The area is comfortably furnished & features a fireplace, TV (with DSTV) and sliding doors to a large patio overlooking the lagoon. The patio has an under-cover dining area for 8 guests, as well as additional sun loungers.
Kitchen & Dining Area
The dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine & dryer. There is ample crockery, cutlery, glassware & utensils. A door from the kitchen leads down stairs to the beach.
Shoreline Apartment
This can be reached either by the 'kitchen steps' or directly from the driveway via a separate gate & stairway. It features a double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room, small kitchen & lounge area and would be ideal for teenagers, grandparents or a nanny.
NB: the apartment may be rented in addition to the main house.
